Alicia began her career 18 years ago and opened her first salon, Revolve Hair, in early 2010. Her interest in The Arts began at a young age and went hand in hand with a passion for making people feel beautiful; always styling friends and family with hair or makeup. Led by her natural inclinations, Alicia pursued a path in cosmetology early on.

A Hamptons native, Alicia trained and worked alongside East End salons, but strived for a more worldly experience and education. Her need to grow as an artist was the driving force behind opening her salon at the age of 23, simply wanting to carve out a space to create her vision. Once Revolve’s doors were open, Alicia immersed herself in haircutting workshops, seeking out the top educators in the industry, like Christine Zilinsky, Tim Hartley and Angelo Seminara. While attending an NYC workshop, Alicia met the Allilon Team headed by creators Johnny Othona and Pedro Inchenko. Immediately inspired, Alicia traveled to London to attend classes at the Allilon Academy and is still connected and enriched by the innovative teachers and stylists today.

Over a decade later, Revolve has transformed as Alicia evolved in her craft and her passions. Aesthetics, design and lifestyle have all become part of what makes Revolve a unique brand and a stand out salon in The Hamptons, that also services New York City and Palm Beach.
